The MusicForMoods app
Through the research project, a new tool for handling stress was developed, the app MusicForMoods. The app guides your breathing with music and measures your reaction in the heart. The app guides your body to relaxation and offers soothing when you are stressed.
Soon we realized that the benefits of the method is not limited to the hospital. The app can give you soothing at work, at home, before sleep and more.

"In an ideal world, you’d be at Yoga class three times a week, but between prenatal checkups and prepping for maternity leave (or caring for your newbie and finding time to brush your teeth) an at-home relaxation option is more realistic. Thankfully this app makes it easy with musically guided breathing exercises that help optimize your heart rate and restore calmness from within, all in a matter och minutes."
"The MusicforMoods app helped me a lot when I recovered from fatigue syndrome."
"Whenever I am afraid to board an airplane, (I am so scared to fly) I just put on my headphones with the app and it really helps me calm down."
"I am listening to your beautiful music during the feeding of my newborn baby. It is so soothing and I love it very much."
